How to Attend

QuARC is open to university faculty, industry personnel, students who wish to present at the conference. Registration is open for affiliates of MIT, Harvard, and collaborating research organizations.

The attendance costs–including hotel rooms, transportation, and swag–of students, faculty, and research scientists in the Boston area will be covered by CQE.

For people outside of these organizations who wish to attend QuARC, please email quarc2023-exec@mit.edu.

On this page you will find information on how to register and submit your abstract if you wish to present.

Authors

Undergraduate and graduate students who wish to attend need to submit an abstract.

NOTE that students who are attending both QuARC and MARC are expected to submit a poster at QuARC and highly encouraged to submit a poster to MARC. They may use the same poster for both events. Students attending both QuARC and MARC must register for both events.

Industry Personnel and Non-Authors

University faculty, industry personnel, and postdocs who wish to attend can find the registration page under the “Attend” tab or follow this link.

NOTE that students must submit abstracts in order to attend QuARC 2023. Postdocs and other researchers are also highly encouraged to submit abstracts.
